Kenneth P. McDaniel
Mr. McDaniel was raised in Houston, Texas
and received his degree in Political
Science in 1989 from Texas A&M University in College
Station, Texas and received his law degree in 1992 from
Oklahoma City University School of Law in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. Mr. McDaniel has clerked for the
Honorable Oklahoma County District Judge, Eugene H. Mathews
and is a former Oklahoma County Assistant District
Attorney in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Felony
Prosecutor, Mr. McDaniel was assigned to the Homicide
Rotation and Major Felony Division, as well as prosecuting
specially assigned Sex Crimes, Arson and Gang cases. Mr.
McDaniel also trained interns and lawyers for trial work.
Mr. McDaniel was first admitted to the bar in 1992.
In addition to being licensed in Texas and Oklahoma, Mr.
McDaniel is licensed to practice in the United States
District Courts for the Southern, Western and Eastern
Districts of Texas and the Western, Northern and Eastern
Districts of Oklahoma. He is also admitted to practice
before the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and
the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC.
Mr. McDaniel is also a member of the
National Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association.
Nathan
DeSai
Mr. DeSai was raised in
Houston, Texas and received his B.S. Science in Psychology
from the University of Houston in 1993. After earning his
Law Degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in
1998, Mr. DeSai worked for Richardson & Ward in Tulsa,
Oklahoma as the Director of Legal Research & Writing. Later,
Nathan moved to Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he represented the
Chief of the Cherokee Nation in Civil Rights Litigation.
Shortly thereafter, Nathan accepted a position with the
Dallas County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant
District Attorney. Mr. DeSai gained experience in trial
matters as the Chief Prosecutor in County Court Number Nine.
As a partner in the Firm of McDaniel & DeSai, LLP, Mr. DeSai
practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law,
Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation and Business Law.
